Find my Device By MAC Address

You can find MAC Addresses, IP addresses,  and corresponding device names from the Fing Devices window under Network Setup. 

Find MAC address on Fing Web App

To find a MAC address on Fing Web App, do this:

1. From the Dashboard, select Devices to display the Devices window.
2. Select a device to display detailed device information.  Under Network setup, you can see the IP address and MAC addresses.

Find  MAC Address using Fing Desktop

To find a device MAC address on Fing Desktop, do this:

1. From the Fing desktop dashboard, select Devices from the left Navigation bar to display the Devices window. 
2. To view MAC (HW), or IP addresses, select the Technical View on the top right side of the window as shown here.

Generic devices are those devices for which Fing was not able to identify the vendor and what kind of device it is.  You can use this external link to learn the vendor of the device: https://aruljohn.com/mac/F45EAB.

Find MAC Address using Fing Mobile

To find a device MAC address using Fing Mobile, do this:

1. From the Fing mobile dashboard, select See Devices from the Dashboard Navigation Bar.  The Devices window is displayed.
2. Select Technical  View (3 Bar Icon), and then select a Device to show the full device information. 
3. Scroll down to Network Detaiils to show the MAC and IP addresses for the device.
