You can subscribe directly to Fing Web App or you can upgrade your existing plan. When you download the free Fing App, you can start using Fing immediately. If you want to upgrade or change your plan, for example, if you want to use some of the paid features, you can do so from your Manage Account (Profile) page.

After you download Fing, you can view or change your subscription plan from the Manage Account (Profile) page. You can also view payment history, retrieve invoices, and cancel an existing subscription from this page.
Display the Manage Account Page
On the lower left Navigation bar, select your initial followed by Edit Profile to display the Manage Account window.
From the Manage Account window, select Subscription plan to display or modify your current plan.
Upgrade from a Free Fing Plan
- If you have a Free Fing account, select Upgrade from the Manage Account window to view available plans and their respective features.
- Select the plan that best meets your needs.
- Continue to the Plan Payment steps below if you need help to complete your subscription.
Upgrade an Existing Subscription Plan
If you are already on a subscription plan, select Subscription plan from the Manage Account window to show your current subscription plan details. You can view monthly subscription, purchase, and plan renewal date.
To change your plan or view other available plans, do this:
- From the Manage Account window, select Change Plan.
The available plan options and features are shown.
- Select the plan that best meets your needs.
Plan Payment
After you select a plan, the payment page is displayed. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or paypal. Enter your payment details to process your subscription to Fing.
View or Retrieve Invoices
If you are currently a Fing subscriber, you can view or print invoices from the Manage Account Page.
From the Manage Account page, click the Payments and Billing button to view your next billing date, payment method, and view or print invoices.
Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, use the channel with which you subscribed to Fing. If you subscribed using Fing.com, you can use the Manage Account screen to cancel. You can also cancel your subscription using other methods depending on which channel you used to subscribe, or send email to support@fing.com. To cancel your subscription from the Fing Manage Account (Profile) screen, do this:
- From the Manage Account screen, select Cancel Subscription. The Cancel your subscription screen shows you the amount of time left on your plan and lets you know that your plan will revert to the Free Fing plan after that time. It also shows the features that will no longer be available, for example, unlimited scans.
- Click the Continue button to proceed with cancellation. The Cancel your subscription screen displays any alternative options available.
- Select Continue to proceed. The subscription cancellation confirmation screen is displayed explaining that you will lose access to paid features after the plan expiration date and that you have the option to reactivate your plan anytime before the expiration date.
- Click the Confirm button to complete your cancellation.
