Cancel/Unsubscribe Direct Subscription through the Fing App

Cancel/Unsubscribe from App Store iOS
- iPhone: Open Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Select Subscription > Cancel Subscription.
- MacBook: Open App Store app > Your Name > Account Settings > Subscriptions > Manage > Edit > Cancel Subscription.
- Windows PC: Open iTunes > Account > View My Account > Settings > Subscriptions > Manage > Edit > Cancel Subscription.

Go to Subscriptions in Google Play here:
Select subscription > Cancel subscription.
Unsubscribe or Cancel an App Store Subscription
Follow these steps to unsubscribe or cancel an App Store subscription on iPhone, MacBook, or Windows PC.

iPhone
To cancel a subscription on an iPhone purchased from the App Store:
- On your iPhone open Settings.
- Click your name.
- Click Subscriptions.
- Click the subscription to be cancelled.
- Click Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already cancelled.
MacBook
To cancel a subscription on Macbook:
- Open the App Store app.
- Click your name. If you cannot find your name, click Sign In.
- Click Account Settings.
- Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
- Beside the subscription, click Edit.
- Click Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel or Cancel Subscription button, the subscription is already cancelled.
Windows PC
- On your PC, open iTunes. If you do not have iTunes, learn how to download iTunes for Windows.
- From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, click Account, then click View My Account
- Scroll to the Settings section. Beside Subscriptions, click Manage.
- Find the subscription that you want to cancel, then click Edit.
- Click Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel or Cancel Subscription button, the subscription is already cancelled.
Android (from Google Play)
To cancel a subscription on Android purchased on Google Play:
- On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
Important Notes
- Uninstalling or deleting the Fing App does not cancel the subscription.
- If the app is removed from Google Play, future subscriptions will be canceled but past subscriptions are non-refundable.
- For canceling iCloud+, check iCloud storage settings.
- Special circumstances for canceling in certain countries (Germany, Israel, South Africa, Turkey).
After Cancellation
- After cancellation, you can still use your subscription until the end of the paid period.
