Cancel Fing Subscription (Unsubscribe)

Cancel your subscription through the channel you used to subscribe.  For example, if you subscribed though the App Store, cancel through the App Store. Use this summary or the detailed steps below. Steps vary depending on your platform.

Fing Mobile iOS

(if you subscribed using App Store)

Cancel from iOS App Store

 Open Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Select Subscription > Cancel Subscription.

Fing Mobile Android

(if you subscribed using Google Play)

Cancel from Google Play Android Go to Subscriptions in Google Play  subscriptions in Google Play. Select subscription > Cancel subscription.

Fing Web App

MacBook

Windows

(if you subscribed using Fing Web App)

Cancel from Fing website https://app.fing.com/account/manage/subscription or send email to support@fing.com

From Fing web app, click on your name to display the Account page.

Select Subscription Plan > Cancel.

Delete Your Account

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account.   You can still use your account after you cancel your subscription, for example, if you wish to use the free Fing App at a future time.

To remove your account, select Delete Account from the Profile Menu on any platform.  Deleting your account removes it permanently.

Cancel Fing Subscription from Fing Web App, MacBook, or Windows

To cancel a subscription from Fing Web App, do this:

  1. Click on your name/initial on the left navigation bar and then select Edit Profile to display the Account/Profile window.
  2. Select Subscription Plan > Cancel from the Account window.  You are prompted to confirm that you want to cancel.

  3. Select Confirm to confirm your cancellation.

If you have difficulty, you can also email support@fing.com with your account email and latest payment invoice.

Cancel/Unsubscribe Fing Mobile iOS

To cancel a Fing mobile subscription purchased from the App Store:

  1. On your iPhone open Settings.
  2. Click your name.
  1. Select Subscriptions.
  2. Select the subscription to be cancelled.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already cancelled.

Cancel Subscription from your Android Phone using Google Play

To cancel a subscription on Android purchased on Google Play:

  1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.  
  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel subscription.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Cancel Fing Subscription on your MacBook

MacBook: Because you cannot subscribe using the Apple App Store, you need to cancel using the Fing Web app or  Fing website (https://app.fing.com/account/manage/subscription) or send email to support@fing.com.

Cancel Fing Subscription on Windows Laptop/PC

Because you cannot subscribe using the Microsoft Store, you need to cancel using the Fing Web app or  Fing website (https://app.fing.com/account/manage/subscription) or send email to support@fing.com.

Important Notes on Cancelling a Fing Subscription

  • Uninstalling or deleting the Fing App does not cancel the subscription.
  • If the app is removed from Google Play, future subscriptions will be canceled but past subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • For canceling iCloud+, check iCloud storage settings.
  • Special circumstances for canceling in certain countries (Germany, Israel, South Africa, Turkey).

After Cancellation

After cancellation, you can still use your subscription until the end of the paid period.
