Fing
The Fing network scanning and management tool for home or small office environments gives you fast access to device information, network scans and real-time updates, ensures network protection and control of your internet devices, and doubles as a home monitoring unit. Fing is available on both desktop, mobile, and mobile-controlled agents or monitoring units. Features are launched and managed from the Fing Dashboard.
Fing Plans
Fing offers three plans--Free, Starter, and Premium. Depending on which Fing plan you selected, you have all or some of the Fing features. For information on the different plan features, go to
The knowledge base content describes all of the Fing features in the Premium plan, however, if you have a Free or Starter Plan, the features available to you will vary by plan. Features unavailable to you are greyed out on your app.

Supported Software
Fing is supported on these software versions for the platforms listed above:
- Any version of Windows within its extended support lifetime to the current version
- MacOS 12.0 (Monterey) and later
- iOS 12.1 and later
- Android 5.1 and later.
Fing Desktop (MacOS and Windows)
Fing Desktop is the desktop version of Fing, available for both Windows and macOS. You can monitor your home network and take your internet security to the next level since it gives full-time monitoring and accurate results. Here is the dashboard view on Windows desktop:

Fing Mobile App (iOS and Android)
Fing App, the mobile version of Fing, is available for both Android and iOS devices. It gives you access to all Fing features wherever you are. You can scan your home network if you don’t have a desktop computer available, or any other Wi-Fi when you are on the move. Scanning a network while travelling may be particularly useful.
You can download the version you prefer from the Play Store or the App Store.

Fing App Controlled Agents (Raspberry PI)
Fing Agent is an always-on monitoring unit designed to function seamlessly on Raspberry Pi. It is useful for users requiring constant network monitoring. Fing Agent is controlled from your mobile device and delivers real-time alerts and comprehensive network overviews directly to your Fing Mobile App.
You can download the agent from the Snap Store. For installation instructions, go to How to install the Fing Agent on Raspberry Pi. Please note that Fing Agent requires an active Fing subscription (Starter or Premium).

Fing Web App
In addition to the fuctionality available in other Fing platforms, the Fing Web App has customization features that allow you to migrate settings between platforms simply and seamlessly.
To install the Fing Web App (a web version of the application), follow this link:
From the Fing homepage, select Get Started in the top right corner.
