Network, Device, and User Inventory

Fing provides detailed information on your network, devices, and users assigned to devices.  It continuously displays updated information so you can always retain a current inventory. 

Fing provides detailed device lists with accurate information on device names, vendors, models, brands, IP and MAC addresses.

Device View - Fing Desktop

To display the Device view, select Devices from the Fing left navigation bar.

Device View - Fing Mobile, or Fing Mobile Controlled Agent or Monitoring Unit

To display the Device view on Fing Mobile, from the Dashboard, select the See Devices bar on the lower part of the screen.

Device View on Fing Web App

To display the device view on Fing Web App, select Devices from the left navigation bar.  Use the buttons in the lower part of the window to modify the display.   Use the Edit button at the top of the screen to change your network name and details.  Use the Export button at the top of the screen to send an email of your device inventory to yourself.   Use the More button to customize features of your network.  Additional information on the device desplay are described below.  The Status column indicates if a device is online (green) or offline.

At the network level, Fing provides updated Wi-FI information, including SSIS and BSSID information, ISP name,  gateway and DNS addresses, and other important information.
