You can easily delete your Fing Desktop or Mobile account. Deleting your account does not cancel an existing subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please refer to Cance a Subscription.
Delete a Laptop/Desktop Account
To delete your account, send an email to support@fing.com confirming that you want your account to be deleted. This will create a Support Ticket and a support agent will contact you as soon as possible to process your request.
Important: The email must be sent from the address associated with the Fing account that you want to delete.
Delete a Fing Mobile App Account
To delete your Fing account with the Fing Mobile App, do this:
- Click the Account tab on the bottom toolbar of the Home screen.
- Click Delete account (with the bin/trashcan icon beside it) and follow the onscreen instructions
Delete A Fing Account using Fing Web App
To delete a Fing Account Using the Fing Web App, do this.
- From the Web App home page, select your account name on the top navigation page to display the pull-down menu.
- Select Account and Settings. The Account and Settings window is displayed.
- Select Edit Profile to display your profile information.
- Select Delete Account from the lower right corner of the Edit Profile screen. Your are prompted to confirm.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account.
