You can easily delete your Fing Desktop, Web, or Mobile account. Deleting your account does not cancel an existing subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please see Cancel Fing Subscription (Unsubscribe).
Delete A Fing Account using Fing Web App or Fing Desktop
To delete a Fing Account Using the Fing Web App or Fing Desktop, do this.
- From the Web App home page, select your Name at the bottom of the navigation bar, and then select Profile from the pulldown menu.
- Select Edit Profile to display your profile personal information.
- Select Delete Account from the lower right corner of the Edit Profile screen. Your are prompted to confirm.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account.
Delete a Fing Mobile App Account
To delete your Fing account with the Fing Mobile App, do this:
- Click the Account tab on the bottom toolbar of the Home screen.
- Click Delete account (with the bin/trashcan icon beside it) and follow the onscreen instructions.
Contact Fing Support to Delete Your Account
If you have difficulty deleting your account, send an email to support@fing.com confirming that you want your account to be deleted. A Support Agent will contact you as soon as possible to process your request.
Important: You must send the email from the address associated with the Fing account that you want to delete.
