Internet Performance Report

You can email a report with additional information about your ISP provider with the following sections.

For information on Internet Performance, 

• About Your Internet Provider:  Shows average speed ratings and outages.
• Daily Statistics:  A day-to-day account of your network performance.
• Speed Tests:  Daily upload and download speeds for your Internet.
• Network Details:  A review of your network setup.

Display the Internet Report Using Fing Desktop

1. Click the Internet tab on the left sidebar.
2. Scroll down to the heading Average performance of the last 7 days and click the Report button.
3. Select This month or Last month.

Display the Internet Report Using Fing Mobile App, Fing App Controlled Agent or Monitoring Unit

1. From Overview, click on the Internet Speed panel.
2. Scroll down to the heading Average performance of the last 7 days and click the Report button. (the button with the notes icon to the right of the blue Timeline button)

Select This month or Last month.

Display Internet Report Using Fing Web App

To Display an Internet report using Fing Web App, select(from the menu on the left) Internet>Performance Trends, and then select the Send Report button to email a report to yourself.

Report Details Missing

If you notice that details or events are missing from your report, this is likely caused by your desktop being offline at certain times.    To make sure your report remains comprehensive, make sure your desktop or agent remains online 24/7.
