Help Center and Knowledge Base

Fing includes an integrated and comprehensive help center of knowledge base articles describing Fing features and providing answers to common questions and troubleshooting tips.

Access the help center from the Fing Desktop and Web App profile menu, and from the Account menu on Fing Mobile.   To display the help center, select your iniitial on the lower navigation bar on the Fing desktop or Web App.

Open Knowledge Base/Help  from Fing Desktop and Fing  Web App

To display the Knowledge Base/Help Center, from the left navigation bar on the Fing Desktop, click on your name or initial to display the Profile menu, and then select Help Center.

The Fing Knowledge Base displays a list of categorized knowledge base articles.   You can use the categories or search for a topic in the search box to find information.

Open Knowledge Base/Help from Fing Mobile

To display the Knowledge Base/Help Center from Fing Mobile, select Account from the mobile dashboard menu, and then select Knowledge Base.
