You can reset your password using the Reset Password link or by editing your profile personal information.

Reset Password Using the Reset Password Link

Click the Reset Password link here to reset your password.

If you do not receive your password reset confirmation email, add noreply@fing.com to your 'safe senders' or 'friends' list on your email account when requesting a new password reset.

Reset Password Using Your Account or Profile on Fing Mobile App or App Controlled Monitoring Unit

To reset your password on Fing Mobile App, from the dashboard or home page, select Account from the bottom navigation bar.

Select Reset Password to display the Reset Password window, and follow the Reset Password instructions. 

Reset Password Using Your Account or Profile on Fing Desktop or Web App.

To reset your password, select your Name initial on the bottom of the navigation bar, and then Select Profile or Account.

In the Profile window Personal Information section, select Change Password and follow the on-screen instructions to change your password.
