How To Delete An Account?
Support Ticket
Best way to delete Fing account is by sending an email to support@fing.com with your request. It will create a Support Ticket and a support agent will be in touch with you as soon as possible to process your request.
Always ensure you are reaching out to us directly from the email address associated with Fing account that you want deleted. We cannot process the deletion of an account from an alternative email address.
Fing mobile app
Additionally, you can delete your account using Fing mobile app.
To do this, click on 'Account' in the bottom right part of your Fing mobile app screen. On the next page tap 'Delete account' and follow the instructions on the screen.
Premium Subscription
If you submit an account deletion request, but you currently have a Fing Premium Subscription, our support team will prompt you into either;
- Cancelling the subscription immediately, before we delete your account
- Keeping the account until the premium subscription is done
Note that Support Agents are not able to switch Premium Subscriptions to alternative accounts. So, if you have an account with an active Premium Subscription, and then create a new account which you would like to use going forwards, we will not be able to swap over the subscription. Instead, you will need to choose between the two options provided above.
