Profile Information and Changes

To access your profile, open Fing Desktop and click your user name and avatar at the bottom left. This will expand to five options:

• My queries: When you use Fing Desktop to check your connectivity health or the 'Ask for advice' feature to share issues with the Fing Community and troubleshoot, your pending queries will be in My queries
• Edit Profile: Access your profile to make any changes or updates, including subscription changes, notification settings and access to your product dashboard
• Help: This will take you to our Knowledge Base
• Preferences: Access the customisable aspects of the interface
• Sign out: Sign out of Fing Desktop
